This is getting silly, and just a tad frustrating, once again the cold weather weather has momentarily dissuaded me from heading out for my scheduled run... and this time it was a "big" one--70 minutes with TUTs! I am slightly discouraged by having fallen behind. Tomorrow evening my daugher will be running in the local state qualifying meet for indoor track and filed, so I likely will also be unable to train. This means, rain or snow, I will "pick it up" on Saturday and Sunday mornings...
Breathe in, breathe out… YOU AND I ARE ALIVE!
