While not the case this week (too much) you’ll notice that I will occasionally switch the daily workouts, all the while attempting to adhere to the daily/weekly totals. The total mileage scheduled to run this week was 35-39 miles:

It is a great recent development to see so many challenging trail courses, especially as the distances are creeping past simply being a 5k.

Wednesday: (3 miles, 5x100 S) R 4 miles
Thursday: (70-minute run, including 5:00–6:00 TUT) R 9.8 miles
Friday: (Rest) Recovery Day
Saturday: (5 miles) R 5.7 miles
Sunday: (12 miles) R 13.6 miles
TOTAL--R 38.2 miles (+17.5 miles from last week)

It is back to school starting today, so my schedule picks up and the time I have available exponentially decreases, but I'm confident that despite once again becoming very busy, I will be able to prove my mettle by sticking with the plan, albeit (likely) under cover of darkness!
