Week 3, Key Run Workout #2

Scheduled Workout: 5 miles @ mid-tempo pace
Weather: Cloudy, 45°F, 77% Humidity, Wind: CALM; feels like 45°F.
Course: Into the city down Main Street over the Ford Street bridge to Linden Street, a right onto Monroe Avenue and home.
Actual: 5.9 miles in :42:47 @ 7:00 a.m.
Pace: 7:17 min./mi

It has been another week of training stops and starts but fortunately rather than simply taking the days' "off" on which I am not completing one of my three weekly key runs, I have been either walking my wife or running with the track team.

I once again find myself in the position of doubling up weekend training run, so instead of the standard two days between run, I will put in five-ish miles today, with the hopes of completing thirteen tomorrow... but with it being Mother's Day, I'm not sure when I'll be able to sneak out and do so!
