Friday: Cross Train 30-45 min.

Bicycling: 15 min. @ 4:45 a.m.

Although the title above suggests that today will include a 30-45 min. Cross Training "session," that will not be the case (again). This morning (and Wednesday), I only manageed to bicycle 15 minutes rather than the prescribed 30-45 min. I will continue to set the bar appropriately, but cut myself some slack when it isn't always quite reached. I mentioned in a post earlier this week that my combined time for bicycling would in all liklihood be significantly lower this week, and I don't want to dissappoint!

On a positive note, I have my training bag packed with trail shoes, running tights, watch, patella straps, and other swag I've accrued this past year, as we'll be leaving for the road almost immediately (I hope) after work/school this afternoon. I am looking forward to getting away for a few days, and during our family trip, I will attempt to take a few shorter runs throughout the next four days. I reckon they will be little shorter distances due to the uinfamiliar surroundings I will be travelling.

If I'm (real)lucky there will be some sort of wireless hook-up in our hotel (motel?) so that I can pop in and update the blog while on the road...

Embrassez votre été invincible!
