Despite waking up this morning, following yesterday evening's moderately paced run, with two achy ankle and inflamed lymphnodes in my groin (YUCK!), I declared myself to be the picture of "good health".
The howling winds, rustling tree branches releasing leaves, and scattered rain drops were really too much to resist. I've lived with the idea that it is weather like this (extreme), is a crucial part of reminding yourself that YOU ARE ALIVE... so I needed to heed my heart and throw caution to the uh... wind and go for an early morning run, throbbing groin be damned!
Breathe in, breathe out... YOU AND I ARE ALIVE!
