I woke up this morning committed to doing some sort of bicycling, the only thing undecided--how long? Previously, I had focused on increasing my time, moving from a "base time" of 15 minutes to an average of 25-30 minutes per session. My knees and groin have been achy of late, so after thinking through the benefits and challenegs, I made the decision that it might be best to re-focus toward more frequent, shorter bicycling sessions, beginning this morning with a leisurely-paced 15 minute go at it.
