Weather Report: Rain, 44°F, 98% Humidity, Winds: ENE @ 18 mph; feels like 36°F.Early this morning I told Anne I was planning on going to the YMCA to run on the treadmill after the doctor's appointment I was taking her to. She asked me why I wasn't just "running around the neighborhood?"
Good question, to which I originally responded that I did not wan to get my shoes wet because I would be running in a race tomorrow. All it took was a short trip to taking out the grabage to change my mind. Hell, I'm going outside to run, today!
