Run: 7 miles in :57:19 mins. @ 7:30 p.m.

Weather Report: Partly Cloudy, 46°F, 70% Humidity, Winds: W @ 13 mph; feels like 40°F.

It seems to always begins this way: "I'm glad I dragged myself out tonight." At the end of each evening run though my body remembers how important these runs can be...

Talking with a friend recently she told me about another runner from the community whom we had both had the opportunity to meet. I thought aloud what a nice man he was and what a pleasant energy he had about him. My friend then asked me "Did you know he 's been running for 27 years?"

Someday I hope people can remember that much about me 25 years down the road...

Embrassez votre été invincible!
