A beautiful evening for a dark run... it is much warmer than normal for this time of year and I'm happy to take advantage of the weather. The only downside is upon returning home and stripping my torso of a sweaty melange of wicking material, cotton and sweatshirt the fluorescent light in my basement hits my belly just wrong... there are two sacks of gelatin strapped to my waist...
