This change is due primarily to two things: first, I registered for, and ran in, two low (4.4-5 miles) distance races this wnary bicycle. Friday: R 5.7 miles/SB 18 min.
Saturday: R 3.1 miles
TOTALS--R 26.3 miles (-0.9 mile), SB: 18 min. (-12 minutes)
Next weekend marks my "awaited-by-no-one" return to the middle distance runs, after a few 5ks runs: the first Freezeroo Series race of the year, the Ogden 10k. I remember running this race last year, and boy, was it COLD (and windy and hilly...)! BRRRRR! My time last December was 43:04, so a fair goal for me this year would be to better that time, right? Uh, okay!
