Legend: R = Running, SB = Stationary Bicycling, and I've also noted increases (+x) or decreases (-x) from the previous week)Although it did not seem possible, I managed to log a progressively lower mileage week than the one prior, continuing to add to a disturbing trend. I'd be more concerned about my level of training if it were impacting my race times, which continue to improve. The question, of course, is how much better would these improved times would be if I could maintain a training schedule?
Sunday: R 7.5 miles
Monday: SB 15 min. & R: 6 miles
Tuesday: Day Off 1
Wednesday: Day Off 2
Thursday: Day Off 3
Friday: Day Off 4
Saturday: R 6.2 miles
TOTALS--R 19.7 (-6.6 miles), SB: 15 min. (-3 minutes)
I am not registered to run ina another race until the first of the new year, so there is time to recharge and refocus, while nursing some nagging annoyances (not really injuries--which is what I'm trying to avoid).
Embrassez votre été invincible!
