Cycling (Trainer): 30 min. @ 5:00 p.m.

My ankle has been aching for the past two days, so I have been "resting" by using the trainer rather than running. Periodically, I tweak my ankle(s) and generally by limitng high impact sports for a few days, as well as taking doses of ibuprofen, I can bounce back after two to three days. It is snowing out gain today--nice, big, fluffy flakes--so I would like to take the snowshoes down to the park and runn around the bases a few times at some point.

But, for today I settled for the trainer, and welcomed the return of E.B. White's Charlotte's Web to the reading(handle)bars...
"Why did you do all this for me?" he asked. "I don't deserve it. I've never done anything for you."

"You have been my friend," replied Charlotte. "That in itself is a tremendous thing. I wove my webs for you because I liked you. After all, what's a life, anyway? We're born, we live a little while, we die... By helping you, perhaps I was trying to lift up my life a trifle. Heavens knows anyone's life can stand a little of that."
That's one terrific spider and some pig.
