Run (Treadmill): 3.5 miles in :31:14 @ 7:00 p.m.

Equipment Data: 6.7 Avg. Speed, 0.4 Avg. Incline, 432 cals.
Pace--:08:57 per mile

Everything (my knees and ankles) seem to be "working" as well as could be expected, and while I had planned to have today be an "off day" for training, I instead missed my book club meeting to stay home and spend some time with my son. This also allowed me the chance to go with my wife to the YMCA and run on the treadmill. It was an especially enjoyable trip to the Y because Anne was using the treadmill directly next to mine, and for 32 minutes it "felt" like we were running together, and in a way, we were.

For no particular reason:
Untitled
by Kabir (Translated by Robert Bly)

I talk to my inner lover, and I say,
why such rush?
We sense that there is some sort of spirit that loves
birds and animals and the ants--
perhaps the same one who gave a radiance to you in
your mother's womb.
Is it logical you would be walking around entirely
orphaned now?
The truth is you turned away yourself,
and decided to go into the dark alone.
Now you are tangled up in others, and have forgotten
what you once knew,
and that's why everything you do has some weird
failure in it.

Adio, wli nanawalmezi.
