Run: 5 miles in :43:17 min. @ 7:30 a.m.

Weather Report: Fair, 73°F, 58% Humidity, Winds: SSW @ 9 mph; feels like 73°F.

Pace: 8:14 min./per mile avg.

One last brief run here in River City before Anne, Greg and I head south to Virginia for the Memorial Day Weekend (...crazy, I know). The weather remains unusually war and humid for late May, but it does feel good to freely sweat again without the confines of three layers of clothing.

I'll be bringing my running bag (with shoes, H2O belt and running log) with us on the trip, with the intention of venturing out into the town we will be staying in during the duration of our visit. At they very least, I should be able to mix in a treadmill session, although the hotel is booked (we had to settle for a "Smoking Room"...UGH!) so that, too, is a crap shoot.

Ah, the joys of travel...

Breathe in, breathe out... YOU AND I ARE ALIVE!
