I'm not surprised to find my pace off by about 19 seconds per mile. I was feeling a little out of sorts when I was about haf-way through this trip and made as direct a bee-line for home, given that I was in the middle of a canal trail, after recongzing my heart wasn't in it for today. While I am glad I got out for a ride, I will attempt to do a better job listening to my body next time and go shorter or stay home to find some other way to enjoy an "off day."
