The wintry precipitation is back in the form of big fluffy flakes! I, for one, am glad to see the return of snow and having (briefly?) bid farewell to the sub-zero temperatures. And now for a glimpse behind the curtain that is my running life...
Each evening (or morning) when I come home from a winter run, my knit hat and running gloves go into an artsy glazed bowl on the radiator just inside our doorway--that way I know exactly where they are! The pic to the right is from this evening and you'll notice the caked on snowflakes that (despite the warm temps inside our home and my having to rushed around to locate the camera) still had not melted!
Breathe in, breathe out… YOU AND I ARE ALIVE!

Thanks for the view inside your world of running. I like the artsy bowl and it's great idea to store your hat and gloves there. (Mine go directly into my washing machine.) One question: Don't your hands freeze in those thin gloves?
