Back on track (it seems like I "say" that frequently!) as I move towards wrapping up my brief use of one training plan and moving on to another. This morning's run, the first in nearly three days was invigorating and although the streets were occasionally slippery and very wet, the temperatures were much more agreeable than during the last few days.

On the docket for tomorrow, a long-ish, slow-ish distance run before starting anew...
