I stood and watched by the windowWaking up this morning I had very much a "maybe I will, maybe I won't" attitude toward the potential for a morning run. Standing at the kitchen window, sipping at my first cup of coffee for the day and watching for a sign of bird activity in the backyard, I noticed the first burst of snow flurries this Fall.
