The Training Week That Was... 2/9-2/15

I don't want to jinx it, but I've been following my latest training plan fairly closely with rather positive results--well, following it has been the "positive result!" With the week off from work this week (thanks to Presidents' Week Recess), I shoudl have little trouble following through again. I have roughly six weeks until Modified outdoor Track and Field practices commence, so it looks like the cards are stacked in my favor, at least for the short term.

Here is what went down this past week:
Legend: R = Running, B = Stationary Bicycle

Monday & Tuesday: Rest
Wednesday: Key Run #1 4.7 miles
Thursday & Friday: Rest
Saturday: Key Run #2 6.4 miles
Sunday: Key Run #3 11.5 miles

TOTAL MILEAGE: R 22.6 miles (+2.1 miles from the previous week!)
Weigh-In*: 189.5lbs. (No change from the previous week) [* @ 4:45 a.m. on 2/9/09]
I am unsure as to what "races" I will be following up this "come back" week with, but I definitely am hoping both the weather and my knees hold out for another week of running goodness!

Embrassez votre été invincible!
