Breakfast with Rodney

Workout: "Opening" & "Conditioning" from Yoga Conditioning for Athletes With Rodney Yee
Duration: Approx. 30 minutes


In an effort to return to my regular running schedule I opted to work through some yoga rather than run early today and will pick up the running aspect of my training schedule tomorrow. Things went more smoothly today than in my most recent attempt at working through the poses on this tape.
