First time, long time... this morning I hit the road for the first time in what seems like forever. While I ran in a half marathon on Saturday, I had not really trained for it the way I would have liked to. I did however finish 27th overall and fourth in my age group. The race was in a beautiful rural community and much of the course consisted of gravel roads... which was very nice for me old knees!
