Sunday: Key Run #3

Running: 5.75 miles in :45.44 min. @ 6:30 a.m.

Weather Report: Sunny, 16°F, 44% Humidity, Winds NNW @ 7 mph, feels like 5°F.

Flying in the face of all my memories (mostly from movies, of course), I ran through the freezing South...

Woke up this morning and ran back into Historic Gloucester via one end of 17A, past the site of last evening's dinner (I had fetticcini alfredo and, I hate to admit, a couple of my step-son's Cheeeezy Fries), by the Pocahantos statue at the other end of route 17A, across 17 toward the birthplace of Walter Reed, turned around, made my way back to 17, down 17 (the equivelent of an expressway back home in New York), and next backwards through the Wendy's drive-thru and finally "home" to the Comfort Inn.

I had a difficult time finding my rhyhtm, which I would attribute to being a stranger in a strange land and thinking through my running too much. Once I settled down (about 1.5 miles in) I had a pretty comfortable go of it, although it was really cold!

Embrassez votre été invincible!
