I can do it, I can do it, I can do it, I can do it, I can do it, I can do it, I can do it, I can do it, I can do it, I can do it, I can do it, I can do it, I can do it, I can do it, I can do it, I can do it, I can do it, I can do it, I can do it, I can do it, I can do it, I can do it, I can do it, I can do it, I can do it, I can do it, I can do it, I can do it, I can do it, I can do it, I can do it, I can do it...
A very warm morning, one on which I forget to bring my watch along... a mis-step that actually worked out "okay" since I wanted to run a slower pace (mission accomplished!) and without my watch as a reference, I felt no need to go faster. In general, the run was a struggle, during which I needed to pull together as much positive energy as I could muster to finish:
Breathe in, breathe out... YOU AND I ARE ALIVE!
