"Cycle tracks will abound in Utopia."~H.G. Wells
This morning I brought both my wife's and my bicycles out from the basement and filled the tires with air. I had forgotten that the handle bar mounted mirror on my bicycle had been broke, so in the interest of a quickie-repair of sorts I thought for a moment about an old Third Eye helmet mounted mirror that I though I could give another shot, but "no dice." After holding it in place and trying to imagine myself cycling with it, I could feel it wasn't right.

With the possible ride-to-work coming up on this Friday, at a distance of about 16 miles each way, I figured I would warm-up by bicycling to my son's baseabll game and back (with a stop at Blockbuster on the way homne for good measure).

Breathe in, breathe out... YOU AND I ARE ALIVE!
