Course: Bike 2 Work Day Route 1 made using USATF Map It!

Riding my bicycle to work seemed like an excellent way to both begin my active recovery from Sunday's marathon and stick my thumb in the eye of the oil barons. The brisk morning air (which is not necessarily reflected in the "Weather" info above) was a little challenge, but in the end it was great to be out and about. Though the sites and sounds were roughly the same as previously experienced (and documented in this post), the ride out was nonetheless an enjoyable one.

Despite travelling the same course over and over again and over again, there are still new things to see or old things to see in a new way...

Breathe in, breathe out... YOU AND I ARE ALIVE!
