Week 3, Key Run Workout #1

Scheduled Workout: 10-20 min. warm-up, 8 X 800m, 10 min. cool-down
Weather: Light Rain, 65°F, 67% Humidity, Wind: From SW @ 9 mph; feels like 65°F.
Actual Workout: 5.4 miles in :40:15 min. @ 6:00 p.m.
Average Mile: 7:31 min/mi
Course: Around the neighborhood--Harvard, Goodman, Oxford, Harvard and around the Cobbs Hill Reservoir.

There's nothing quite so relaxing as a rainy run... Spring is here and if recent weather is any indication we may be in for a very warm Summer.
