Though cold and blustery outside the past few days, we have been doing our best to prepare for the upcoming holidays. Last evening we had our first fire of the season, and though I (not surprisingly) I fell asleep on the couch (thanks to an oddly tiring--yet satisfying--track and field meet), as you can see from the pic above, I was not alone in taking the opportunity to use the fire to my sleeping advantage...
