Halloween Drizzle "Jog"

Run: 4.5 miles in approximately 40-ish minutes? @ 6:40 a.m.
Weather: Rain Shower, 59°F, 74% Humidity, Wind: From W @ 8 mph; feels like 59°F.
Pace: Unknown... went out without a watch.
Course: A "golden oldie" out past Cobbs Hill, down Monroe Ave to Winton, then up East to Park and, finally, on home.

Once again two Tuesdays ago (when I should have run to stay "on schedule") became Wednesday which beget Thursday and melted into Friday, until the whole cycle went through again and I found myself this morning, Halloween morning not having run at all for two week. Indoor Track and Field practice starts in one week, so things will continue to tighten, but I need to keep forging ahead--which is what I did this morning.

It was a rainy, drizzly morning, immediately after the kind of rain that leaves only the toughest of Autumn leaves still clinging to otherwise nekkid branches.

Breathe in, breathe out… YOU AND I ARE ALIVE!
