Forty-eight hours after running 4.2 miles at a pace of 8:02 minutes per mile, I came back with a run just over a quarter of a mile longer and added nearly twenty-four second to the pace... not great, but a start, I suppose.
Breathe in, breathe out… YOU AND I ARE ALIVE!
