Pace: 8:17 min/mile
Course: Out to McQuaid Jesuit High School and past Cobbs Hill.

Perfect weather for a run, or a road race of which there are many today, but none that I opted to run in for the first time in four years. Though I ran farther and longer (and slower) than in recent weeks, I definitely would not want top put my pride on the line just yet by attempting a road race.
