A post-10k race recovery run during which I wore the neoprene sleeve on my aching right knee rather than the double patella strap. My goal was to give the knee some additional support and compression. I have an appointment with a orthopedic specialist scheduled for this Tuesday morning, which I am not looking forward to, primarily because of what he may recommnd that I do... take time off. Not surpisingly, when I'm running it doesn't bother me too much, but when I'm sedentray... err... stationary... UHG!

Breathe in, breathe out... YOU AND I ARE ALIVE!
