Weather Report: Fair, 77°F, 75% Humidity, Winds: SW @ 10 mph; feels like 77°F.

Here in "River City," as in most of the U.S., we're shooting for a record high temperature today. It was equally warm yesterday, and as a result, I did not go running upon our return from the Adirondacks. Today, I could not resist, especially after stepping on the scale this morning and noticing a 5 lb. increase(!). So... heat or no heat, even early in the morn, I set out for a short run under cover of the early clouds.

During the run I felt, heavy, uncoordinated and slow. After the run, I couldn't stop sweating and only after taking cold shower and feasting on two bowls of cereal and cold milk, did I feel like I could get up and move. The weather is suppose to break tomorrow, so I'm hoping for better resuts then.

Breathe in, breathe out... YOU AND I ARE ALIVE!
