This morning I set out to run 10 miles and am proud to say that I made it. My training has been a little sporadic over the past few weeks, and for a number of reasons, but I seem to slowly be getting back on track.
The next "race" for which I am regsieterd is next weekend's Out of Bounds Trail Half-Marathon, down, up and then back down Bristol Mountain. It has been a few weeks since I have run competitively and just about a month since my last half, which resulted in my "lacerated lymphnodes." Unfortunately, I'm not participating in tomorrow morning's Rochester Autmun Classic Duathlon, so I am looking forward to the scenery, running and comradarie of next week's race.
Breathe in, breathe out... YOU AND I ARE ALIVE!
