Despite what I said in an earlier post about learning from what I'd read, I once again failed in essence to maintain a Recovery Pace... but I did do a better job manaing my pace so that within the larger context of the workout I fluxuated between recovery miles and hilly or tempo pace miles. I would still like to perform a true rceovery run, perhaps at a distance of 10 or more miles.
I'm thinking maybe even ome evening this week, as I'm itching to get the "blinker" out and hook it onto the hydration system... "Holy, Spaceman, Batman!"
