Return to the (Brief) Run

Run: 5 miles in :35:02 min. @ 8:08 a.m.

Heart Monitor Data: 494 cals, 84% MHR avg., 92% MHR max.

Weather Report: Fog, 64°F, 94% Humidity, Winds: Calm; feels like 64°F.

For the first time in five days I went on a solo training run and...the pace was proaably more intense, at an average MHR of 84%, than was smart, I still felt pretty good. While the rest did me well in terms of my psychology and legs, my groin area where I had been diagnosed with lacerated lymphnodes was (and is) still pretty achy and tender.

I reckon I'll try to work in a visit to the doctor's at some point, alhtough with three school Open Houses this week, I'm not sure when that will happen.

Breathe in, breathe out... YOU AND I ARE ALIVE!
