Run: 7.25 miles in :58:07 mins. @ 4:15 a.m.

Weather Report: Cloudy with Light Rain, 45°F, 97% Humidity, Winds: NW @ 7 mph; feels like 41°F.

This morning's run was invigorating, but the effort spent caught up with me at about 10:00 a.m. this morning during my second class of the day. I'm not sure how well this "early morning approach" is goimg to work out after all...

Maybe the most beneficial way for me to proceed is to use one early morning run weekly as the first of two runs planned on consecutive days, thereby extending the recovery time between runs. Now, there's a fresh idea (for me)...

Embrassez votre été invincible!
