Cycling (Stationary): 30 mins. @ 4:45 a.m.

Heart Monitor Data: Still not workin'!

This morning I woke up minutes before my alarm was set to sound, roughly about 4:27 a.m., so my plan to begin running in the mornings, rather than late evenings, marches on... tomorrow will be the first morning (if all goes as planned, I will be waking at 4:00 a.m. to hit the cold, cold roads for a run). While this change in training may appear to fly in the face of my desire to spend more time with my family (earlier beddy-by time = less time in the late evening), it should open up my "availability" after schools and in the early evening.

This morning I wore my brand spanking new watch ($9.99 at Target!) which will serve as a replacement time peice until I can figure out what is wrong with my heart rate monitor's wrist display. The bicycling for long periods at a time on the stationary bicycle is slowly becoming more palatable, although I'm sure it will never be the most desireable mode of working out for me...

Embrassez votre été invincible!
