Sometimes I struggle to find words to describe the cumulative experience of a workout. It seems like mentioning "pace" and "heart rate" and "weather"... especially the weather seems somehow too literal. Sometimes I find the words have already come from someone else's pen. This evening is one such time, while looking in The Quote Garden I came across the following:
