This could be a good time to take advantage of the freedom to try some different things (treadmill, anyone?) if for no other reason but to do something with less impact on my knees.

Wednesday: R 6 miles & SB 15 min.
Thursday: R 5.25 miles
Friday: Off Day
Saturday: R 6.2 miles
TOTALS--R 23.95 (-3.3 miles), SB: 30 min. (Maintain/No Change)
I must confess to being a little discouraged about the quality of my future runs and the possibility of another marathon run...
