Photo Essay: Playing Hooky on the Track

Run: 9 x 400 meters @ a variety of paces ranging from easy to sprinting

Following my orthopedist's appointment, and my road run, Gregory and I continued my day of hooky (his charter school is actually closed Wednesday Through Friday this week) by going to Nazareth College to run on the track. Nazareth is a moderately-sized private liberal arts college not far from our home where both Greg and I have, on different occasions, participated in organized workouts, so we are familiar with it. (Anne and Gregory's father also graduated from teh school). Of course, it doesn't hurt that it is a beautiful track on a fairly picturesque campus. The rain didn't seem to slow us down at all, either...

Breathe in, breathe out... YOU AND I ARE ALIVE!
