Run: 2.5 miles in :27:00 min. @ 4:00 p.m.

Weather Report: Partly Cloudy, 40°F, 44% Humidity, Winds: From W @ 15 mph; feels like 36°F.

Really nice weather and a recent sense of being a slug... I sucked it up and went for a short run today with moderate success. The goal was easy: a short, paced run with an emphasis on working slowly back into training. Hours later, my legs are slightly achy, but my spirits are high(-er) because, at least I had a chance to get out and move...

Breathe in, breathe out... YOU AND I ARE ALIVE!

Glad you are back on your feet.

Are you more a morning runner or an evening runner? In the evenings and afternoons, i cant get much of anything going unless I have been eating properly all day and have a little coffee.

Hope you have a speedy recovery.

thanks for stopping by! while im not "back" yet, im feeling encouraged and with appointments with both a podaitrist and orthopedist in the next two weeks, im hoping to get some more answers and advice...
i used to enjoy running in the early mornings before work, but have found myself, due to committments, running just before bed... coffee and oatmeal are my early morning companions when i can get it going in the am.

cheers!
