Run: 6.8 miles in :57:48 min. @ 4:15 p.m.

Weather Report: Cloudy, 51°F, 58% Humidity, Winds: From NE @ 12 mph; feels like 51°F.

A much better run today... of course, not gorging myself on junk food just before hitting the roads might have contributed some to my improved performance! After running for three days straight, tomorrow seems like a good time for an "off day," but more likely than not I'll ride the stationary bicycle for a short time just to stretch my legs.

I continue to wear polyurethane braces on both ankles, as well as, a Cho-Pat brace on my right knee, a la Robocop, all followed by an ice-ankle chaser (or two) but I'm definitely "feeling" better for having gone through the effort!

Breathe in, breathe out... YOU AND I ARE ALIVE!

The stationary bike helps my knees and ankles. I love riding it if there is something on worth watching. For me, you get what you pay for. This is the third or fourth one I have owned, and I spent the most on this last one.

Hi Robocop,
hehehe.... you're looking better every week! Do something about the weight though, cut down on frequent dates with Ben & Jerry. hahaha...
