Run: 7 miles in :56:34 mins. @ 7:30 p.m.

Weather Report: Mostly Cloudy, 50°F, 65% Humidity, Winds: From W @ 5 mph; feels like 49°F.

It has been quite a while since I strapped on my reflective belt in anticipation of spending part of a run in the dark. While it never did turn "pitch black" (during my run) it did get very "dusky." The course I ran tonight took many unusual turns as I made a conscious effort to mix-up my route in an effort to keep things fresh.

The every-other-day training schedule seems to be helping reduce the ache in my legs and I am hoping to continue to slowly begin increasing my base miles, an hope to add a few longer (10k) "official" runs into my future registration plans.

Breathe in, breathe out... YOU AND I ARE ALIVE!
