JPMorgan Chase Corporate Challenge

Run: 3.5 miles in :23:56 min. @ 7:00 p.m.
Pace: 6:50 min./per mile avg.

Weather Report: Partly Cloudy, 80°F, 68% Humidity, Winds: CALM; feels like 84°F.

This evening's 17th Annual JP Morgan-Chase Corporate Challenge was a pleasant, if unnecessarily complex, experience. I decided to take one of the shuttle buses to the race site (and back). The race start was crazy with over 10,000 participants, many of whom did not understand the concept of a stagger start based on average mile pace. All in all, a good time was had, I ran well and enjoyed talking with peers and bigwigs alike.

When a came home at about 9:00 p.m., Anne and I went on a training run during which we ran for 21 minutes straight!

Breathe in, breathe out... YOU AND I ARE ALIVE!
