Run: 7 miles in :54:14 min. @ 3:15 p.m.

Weather Report: Cloudy, 52°F, 88% Humidity, Winds: NE @ 12 mph; feels like 52°F.

Pace: :07:44 per mile

A much cooler day today for an afternoon run through a few of my childhood haunts: the street I got jumped when I was fourteen, the home where I participated in my Confirmation preparation classes, the field that we played football and "funny fumble" when I was in elementary school...

Breathe in, breathe out... YOU AND I ARE ALIVE!

I don't know how you do it. At my peak of fitness I could barely do 2 miles without nearly passing out of exhaustion

the weather outside(whether warm, cool, dry or wet) has been great for running of late, and my own internal environment has made my runs even more fulfilling!

thanks for stopping by and commenting ;)
