Run: 7.4 miles in :60:55 min. @ 7:00 p.m.

Weather Report: Partly Cloudy, 81°F, 37% Humidity, Winds: N @ 11 mph; feels like 80°F.

Pace: 8:14 min./per mile avg.

I haven't been out for a run in two days, spending the time instead stuffing my face, watching (wasting my time with) television and doing some light reading. I am not registered to run ion another race until next Wednesday's J.P. Morgan Chase Corporate Challenge, along with approximately 10 ka-jillion of my closest friends.

After dropping my stepson off at his swimming practice (and securing a copy of Babe: Pig in the City (1998) for viewing in my Language Arts class tomorrow) I figured there was no better time than the present to kick it into turbo and get out to sweat it out.

The "it" to which I refer is the frustrating I have been feeling lately which will soon be unleashed onto the unsuspecting roads of River City...

Breathe in, breathe out... YOU AND I ARE ALIVE!
