Though I had run a fairly long distance yesterday (just over 11 miles), the nearly thirty-six hours between, had me feeling that enough recovery time had passed for me to hit the track with Anne. In an effort to mix things up for both of our training, we went to run at Nazareth College... where running hijinx ensued!
