After running eight miles yesterday and six(-ish) today, I am ready to embark on an ambitious (for me) training schedule, beginning with a rest day tomorrow.
Me: I think I am going to try to this new training schedule. Could you print it out for me at work--we don't have Excel on the computer upstairs."If you're curious, the course I ran this morning can be viewed here, courtesy of USATF.
Anne: "Sure." (After looking at the document) "Do you think this is a good idea with your knees and all?"
Me: "Probably not, but what the heck."
Breathe in, breathe out... YOU AND I ARE ALIVE!
