Here's a quickie recap of how things went this past week:
Legend: R = Running, R(T) = Running on Treadmill, Bicycling (B), w/A (with Anne), w/J (with Jack), E = Easy Pace, and I've also noted increases (+x) or decreases (-x) from the previous week)Sunday I was very happy to spend part of the day running on not one, but two different trails! The first was previously documented in another post, and the second was late yesterday afternoon when Anne, Greg and I made our way out to the Thousand Acre Swamp Trail in the neighboring suburban town of Penfield, New York. Our completion of this trail loop run provided us the welcome opportunity to check off yet another of the trails in Take a Hike! by Rich and Sue Freeman. I am hoping to complete (some solo and some accompanied by the family) a few more trails before school and extracurriculars make trail running during the week a logistical unlikelihood...
Monday: B 11 miles
Tuesday: R 13 miles (2 Runs = 11.8 solo + 1.2 w/A(E))
Wednesday: R 3.1 miles (Fishes & Loaves 5k)
Thursday: B 18.1 miles
Friday: R 9.4
Saturday: R 8.8 mile
Sunday: R 6.4 miles (2 Runs = 4.2 solo + 2.2 w/A(E))
TOTALS--R 40.7 miles (+.5 miles from the previous week), B 29.1 miles
Weigh-In*: 183 lbs. (+1 lb.) [* took place at 5:00 a.m. on 8/06]
