A Good All Hallows Eve! Nope, no running for moi today... I’m feeling a little guilty about it, but I chose instead to stuff my pie-hole with pizza in the company of my lovely wife and stepson. (Who by-the-by is costiming as Doctor Who this evening.) I will definately be putting in some smooth, easy, miles tomorrow morning before work, and hopefully a few more afterwards, too!
